Matrixzino Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Matrixzino (referred to throughout as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”), a licensed online casino operating under the laws of Costa Rica, which is also the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this agreement. This agreement governs your use of the Matrixzino website and covers account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling, and dispute resolution. These terms entered into force on 22 October 2025. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.

About Us and Licensing

Matrixzino is operated by the Company, incorporated and operating under the laws of Costa Rica. The Company’s registered jurisdiction is Costa Rica, which serves as both the governing law and the exclusive forum for disputes. Matrixzino is a licensed online casino, and complaints that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to an independent body. The English version of these terms prevails over any translation.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, French overseas territories, the Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, and a number of further territories listed in our restricted countries policy, which incorporates FATF blacklist and greylist countries. You may hold only one account; duplicate accounts across the same person, household, IP address, or device will be closed, bets voided, and balances reclaimed. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. We may request identity verification documents at any point, including before the first deposit, and no withdrawal is released until verification is complete. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (all credited instantly), and by Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and XRP (credited on network confirmation). The account operates in euros; deposits made in another currency are converted by your bank or payment processor, and we do not offer a currency exchange service. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is 15 EUR; each cryptocurrency carries its own minimum shown on the deposit page. The minimum withdrawal is 50 EUR, rising to 120 EUR depending on your country and payment method. Withdrawals are processed on our side within 72 hours; your payment provider’s own processing time applies after that. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal ceilings apply and rise with your loyalty rank, with the current figures shown in the withdrawal section of the cashier. All withdrawals are returned to the method used for the original deposit: a Visa deposit is paid back via Original Credit Transfer, and a Mastercard deposit via Payment Transfer. No withdrawal is released until identity verification is complete, and every deposit must be played through three times before it may be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The casino welcome package covers the first three deposits for up to 3,000 EUR in total (100% up to 1,000 EUR on the first deposit, 125% up to 1,000 EUR on the second, and 150% up to 1,000 EUR on the third), plus 250 free spins delivered at 50 per day for five days on Gates of Olympus or a nominated BGaming alternative. The wagering requirement on casino bonuses is 40x the bonus amount. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is 5 EUR, and no single bet may exceed 20% of the bonus amount; doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds count against the same limit. The maximum cashout from the casino welcome bonus is 10x the bonus used; free spin winnings from the sign-up offer are capped at 50 EUR. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering; card games, roulette, poker, and video poker contribute 5%; live dealer games contribute nothing. The welcome package must be cleared within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Only one bonus may be active at a time. If you withdraw your deposit before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and all winnings derived from it are voided. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to placing bets above the stated limits, covering 24 or more numbers in a single roulette round, or deliberately delaying a game round to meet turnover requirements.

Responsible Gambling

We provide deposit limits, loss limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion as account-level tools. Full details of each tool, including how to activate them, are set out in our Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion documents, both published in the site footer. A self-exclusion request submitted to support closes the account immediately, and we take reasonable steps to prevent a new account being opened by the same person. Deposit limits do not apply to cryptocurrency deposits; alternative tools are available to manage play funded by cryptocurrency.

Dispute Resolution

All complaints must be raised first with our support team, available 24 hours a day by live chat or email. If the first line of support cannot resolve the matter, it is escalated within the support department and you are kept informed of its status. A refund decision is reached within 7 business days of the request being received and, where approved, is paid out within 48 hours of that decision. Where a dispute concerns a game result, server logs and records are the deciding record; where your screen and the game server disagree, the server result stands. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may refer it to an independent body.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on the site or by notifying you by email. The updated terms take effect from the date stated in the revised document. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
