Matrixzino Privacy Policy
Matrixzino is operated by a company incorporated and governed under the laws of Costa Rica, which is also the exclusive forum for disputes under the terms in force from 22 October 2025. This page sets out what personal data we collect from players and site visitors, the purposes for which we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you hold. Our data-handling practices are governed by the operator’s own commitments as set out in these terms, with Costa Rica as the applicable jurisdiction. No personal data is sold to third parties.
What information we collect
We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. Account registration data includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Identity verification documents collected during KYC checks include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and copies of the payment method used. Gameplay data covers deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, session times, and game choices. We also collect device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site function and analytics.
How we use your information
We process personal data to provide the service: creating and maintaining your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and delivering casino, live casino, and sportsbook products under one account. We use identity and payment data to meet our KYC, age verification, and anti-money laundering obligations, which require verification before the first withdrawal and at any point we consider necessary. Transaction monitoring and fraud prevention draw on gameplay, payment, and device data. Where you have opted in, we use your contact details for marketing communications by email, SMS, or phone; you can withdraw that consent at any time through support.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with licensed payment processors handling card, wallet, and cryptocurrency transactions, and with identity verification providers who carry out KYC checks on our behalf. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement, regulators, banks, and identity verification providers where we are legally required to do so or where we suspect fraud or money laundering, as stated in our AML Policy.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with standard anti-money laundering requirements applicable to our operations. KYC documents and related verification records are held for the same minimum period. Certain data may be kept for longer where an unresolved dispute, a regulatory request, or a legal obligation requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You may request erasure of your data, subject to any retention obligations that prevent deletion. You have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format where technically feasible. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support channels listed below. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
